Shipping Fee & Delivery:

 We plan shipping according to present inventory levels.  Shipping fees are assessed based on volume.  In addition to USPS, our primary choice for shipping, FedEx or DHL deliveries are also available on request.

Payment Instructions:

Upon confirming your order, please arrange for payment via bank transfer.  Once your payment is received without an error, we will proceed with shipment.

Order Inquiry & Tracking:

For online order, a shipment notification will be sent to you via e-mail once the products are shipped.

Membership & After-sales Service:

Our online ordering system is now available – you may place orders conveniently online as a member of our official web site.  Upon signing up to our membership program, please allow some time for our administrator to review your membership application.  You may e-mail us to inquire about the progress.

Please unpack the shipment to verify if its contents are correct as soon as you receive it.  Should there be an error, please return it within 10 days for a refund.  Returns beyond the said period will not be accepted.  In the rare case where a product is visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.


Return and Refund Policy:

We provide customer satisfaction-guaranteed after-sales service.  In cases where a product received is not as described or ordered, or there is any damage or defect to a new product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product in question.

Please read these instructions carefully before requesting a return or an exchange.  Products sent back to Ya Hai without prior consultations and confirmation with us will not be accepted.

A product with a severe dent or damage / wrong item shipped / a missing item

Exchange Policy for Defective Products:
Exchanges are limited to the same model and specifications.  Only when the product in question is out of stock will a refund be issued.

Postage Responsibility:
Upon receiving a shipment, please check for any missing, defective, or wrong items.  Should a replacement or a supplement be in order, the first postage will be borne by Ya Hai.  In the rare case where defects or out-of-stock items occur on the same order, the second postage will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy for Non-defective Products:
Please proceed with the exchange within 10 days.  The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.  For products not sold on the official Ya Hai platform, please contact the original seller or source for returns and exchanges.
